Brief introduction of product

   JS1500 dual horizontal shafts force concrete mixer is applicable for mixing stiff concrete, pasty concrete, lightweight aggregate concrete and all mortars in all prefabricated structural parts factories and industrial & civil building engineering construction departments of water conservancy, road and bridge etc. It is used not only in independent operation and but also to combine into simple mixing plant with PL2400 or PL3200 batching equipment. Features of the whole machine include reasonable structure, good mixing quality, short mixing time, low energy consumption and low noise etc. Lining boards and mixing blades use high-strength and high-toughness wear-resistant cast alloy steel piston with long lifetime. Its shaft end is sealed reliably and filled oil automatically by electric thick oil pump. Main parts of electrical control system use import components with excellent performance and high reliability.

Standard discharging heights of this machine include: 2.7m and 3.8m (or design according to users requirements). Users can self-prepare tilting-carts and concrete mixing trucks that are matched with this machine.
